Site visit to Allergan, Westport, Co Mayo – Thursday the 5^th Dec 2019 @ 9am

Allergan are inviting members of the West/North West Lean Network to visit their site on Thursday the 5th Dec from 9am – 12:30pm. The visit will focus on Visual Management through the Tier Meeting Process, 5S and Finite Batch Scheduling. Tea/Coffee on arrival
