On 17th May, the Dublin Lean Network are travelling to the UK for a visit to Toyota for an in-depth introduction to the world famous Toyota Production System (TPS). This visit also includes:
– A visit to their 3 Best Development Obeya – structuring and visualising job roles as a key tool for member and operations development.
– A visit to their Quality Learning Centre where they reinforce Toyota’s quality activity in each member through experiential learning.
– Experiential shopfloor tours making the link from theory to practice.
– A Q&A session with Senior Management.
