Trinity & Ibec Reboot and Reignite Series: ‘Navigating uncertainty through flexible and agile operations’

Trinity Business School has partnered with Ibec, Ireland’s most influential business membership organisation, in launching a free series of workshops and seminars to support businesses to rebuild in the Covid economy.

The Reboot & Reignite series brings together top academics, business leaders and industry experts in a series of online workshops to tease out important questions and challenges facing businesses today. All business leaders, managers and owners are welcome to participate.

This ‘Navigating uncertainty through flexible and agile operations’ session will focus on how businesses create agile and flexible operations through approaches such as engaging with contract workers, outsourcing and honing lean operational excellence.
