This two-day Masterclass in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will focus on the 11 step TPM model developed & outlined in their latest publication TPM: A foundation for operational excellence.

This workshop will explore both what and how to deploy an effective, systematic approach to TPM.  We will not only look at the use of the appropriate lean thinking tools and systems, we will also look at the leadership and engagement systems that will support sustainable change.
