Eric Pope is the Vice President of Operations at US Synthetic. He has a background in engineering, having started at US Synthetic more than 25 years ago as an R&D engineer when the company had only a few employees. In addition to taking on numerous roles in the organisation, Pope was a pioneer of US Synthetic’s Lean initiative and continues to play a key role in its success today.
