Lean Champions Workshop

In conjunction with the University of Limerick, this one day programme is designed to equip Senior Managers and Lean Champions with the overall information and tools needed to build their own internal programmes. This is a practical and thought provoking “how-to” workshop based on actual experience and success stories.

Target Audience:
– Programme Managers or Black Belts tasked with developing and implementing a Lean Six Sigma Programme
– Departmental Managers or Process Owners tasked with Championing Lean Six Sigma projects.
– Senior Management who wish to gain a more in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma so they can provide a supportive role.
