The purpose of this event is to create a platform that brings together employers, sports clubs, and social clubs with local mental health practitioners who offer valuable support services to companies and organizations. By fostering collaboration between these entities, our aim is to establish strong partnerships that facilitate the development and implementation of wellness programs for both employees and students.

Under the theme “Exploring Holistic Wellness Initiatives: Fostering Mental Health in the Workplace through Lean Principles,” this event seeks to emphasize the increasing significance of mental health and interpersonal connections in the modern workplace. Recognizing that employee well-being is paramount, we are providing a unique opportunity to engage with experts and thought leaders who can contribute to a healthier and more vibrant work environment.

The Areas included are yoga, meditation, art lessons, guitar lessons, cacao ceremony’s, photography, dietitian, nurse supporting menopause, counselling and life coaching. Additionally, our line-up includes a as talented visual artist who specializes in designing bespoke wellness rooms, offering innovative and inspiring solutions for creating serene and rejuvenating spaces.

We are excited to feature a diverse range of contributors, including a life coach who will deliver an enlightening talk. This event is a collaborative effort hosted in partnership with Culture Co-working, situated in the picturesque marina area of Cork.
