Join us as Ciarán Heffernan from Tirlán provides a practical introduction to problem-solving and root cause analysis, Tirlán’s problem-solving strategy, and highlight key initiatives and achievements.

This excellent knowledge-sharing event will provide you with a deeper awareness and understanding around the fundamentals, tools and techniques used in Problem-Solving and Root Cause Analysis, as well as the strategy being applied at Tirlán to create a problem-solving culture.

Our Event Speaker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from CIT, obtained in 2011. He has an extensive background in various engineering roles within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, having worked for companies such as Bausch & Lomb, Integer (Lake Region Medical), and Sanofi. In 2018, Ciarán furthered his expertise by completing a Master’s in Operational Excellence at SETU. For the past five years, he has worked predominantly in OpEx roles, with an emphasis on problem-solving execution and training development.
