Cancelled-Dublin Lean Network – Best Practice Site Visit – Alexion Dublin

-Unfortunately we are going to have to postpone our Best Practice visit planned for this Friday. With the potential risks Alexion’s manufacturing facilities posed by the recent Covid-19 outbreak, we are aiming to minimize the flow of people into Alexion’s facilities, this is being done to ensure the continued supply of their medicines to patients. This is a proactive step we have decided to take in order to reduce the risk to Alexion’s manufacturing facilities. We apologise for the late cancellation of the visit and hope to re-schedule in the near future.-

This event will highlight the journey undertaken by Alexion in Ireland to bring about a step change in their manufacturing process. From generating ideas, developing a culture open to change and showcasing success stories.

Participants will gain an understanding of what it is like to begin a Lean Journey and will learn from people who have gone through the process.

This event is recommended for any company in the Dublin area that is looking to kick off a lean manufacturing process and is struggling to figure out how.
