The symposium is organised by the Postgraduate Research Training Programme in Operations and Supply ChAin Research (OSCAR) and West & North West Lean Network; and will take place on the ATU Sligo Campus on Friday, 16th June, from 9.30 am to 2pm. The event will have presentations from the current projects that are undertaken by the OSCAR researchers, as well as two outstanding industry speakers: Philip Rossiter (Operational Excellence Manager, Coca Cola) and John Roulstone (Operations Manager, Kirchhoff Ireland Ltd.). Other topics on the day will include sustainability, circular economy, industry 4.0, global supply chains and service innovations.
