Please join the Dublin Lean Network in their next webinar to hear from Alan Brereton who will discuss "Coaching Tools for Lean Organisations".
No matter what culture or system they strive to implement, Kingstown College are always depending on one key resource – people. To bring your teams on the journey of improvement, you need to understand how an individual thinks.
The world of executive coaching offers a wealth of insights, tools and techniques to help non-coach leaders, managers or individual contributors to create a culture where people thrive and as a result, the organisation experiences the same benefit.
In this presentation, we look at the ethos of Appreciative Inquiry, and return to the basics of coaching skills such as how we listen and how we ask questions. These simple building blocks are not just things that we do, they are the way we do everything.
We will also have the opportunity for breakout rooms to discuss how to put this insight into action in your work, your team or your wider organisation.
As an ICF accredited Executive Coach, Alan Brereton is Chief Operations Officer, Executive Coach and Faculty member of Kingstown College.
