Benchmark Visit to Vistamed

The fourth of our 2018 workshop series is being hosted by VistaMed, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim on Wednesday 21^st November 2018

The best practices that will be highlighted during this site visit are the methodologies from the VistaMed GROWTTH ® system (as mentioned in the book Lean Thinking), There will also be a focus on topics such as Managing daily improvement, Standard Work Combination Sheets and Shop Floor Kaizen

 This event will enable companies within the region, particularly SME’s and smaller micro enterprises, to learn about Lean, share best practice, improve their Lean undertakings and to facilitate member-to-member networking.
