The area known as Levally Lough Special Area of Conservation 000295 is situated in the county of Galway being the land and waters enclosed on the map (contained in Schedule 1) within the inner margin of the red line and hatched in red and is situated in whole or in part in the townlands of Cappadavock, Corralea (E.D. Levally), Curraghcreen (E.D. Levally), Kilgarriff North and Kilgarriff South.

The area known as Kiltartan Cave (Coole) Special Area of Conservation 000286 is situated in the county of Galway being the land and waters enclosed on the map (contained in Schedule 1) within the inner margin of the red line and hatched in red and is situated in whole or in part in the townland of Coole Demesne.

The area known as Derrycrag Wood Nature Reserve Special Area of Conservation 000261 is situated in the county of Galway being the land and waters enclosed on the map (contained in Schedule 1) within the inner margin of the red line and hatched in red and is situated in whole or in part in the townlands of Bolag, Clonco, Derrycrag, Derrygill and Woodford.

The area known as Croaghill Turlough Special Area of Conservation 000255 is situated in the county of Galway being the land and waters enclosed on the map (contained in Schedule 1) within the inner margin of the red line and hatched in red and is situated in whole or in part in the townlands of Brierfort, Carrowneany, Croaghill and Parkbaun (E.D. Templetogher).

The purpose of these amending Regulations is to give further effect to the implementation of Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products (recast). The Energy-related Products Directive is a Framework Directive which specifies the framework within which detailed measures (referred to as EU measures) setting EU ecodesign requirements for specific energy-related products (referred to as listed products) are brought forward by the EU Commission. It is a recast of an earlier Directive (Directive 2005/32/EC) which established a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy using products and extends the scope of the application of that Directive to a wider variety of products which do not consume energy during use but have a significant contribution to make to energy saving These Regulations amend the EU (Ecodesign Requirements for Certain Energy-related Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 454 of 2013 ). The amended Schedule sets out the expanded list of products and associated EU measures which are transposed by these Regulations. The Regulations oblige manufacturers, their authorised representatives or, in their absence, an importer of a product listed in the Schedule, not to place the said product on the market or put it into service if it does not conform to the applicable EU measure.

The area known as Glendine Wood Special Area of Conservation 002324 is situated in the county of Waterford being the land and waters enclosed on the map (contained in Schedule 1) within the inner margin of the red line and hatched in red and is situated in whole or in part in the townlands of Ballintoor, Currane, Deelish, Gorteen (E.D. Dungarvan Rural), Knockahavaun, Knocknagranagh and Monarud.

The area known as Thomastown Quarry Special Area of Conservation 002252 is situated in the county of Kilkenny being the land and waters enclosed on the map (contained in Schedule 1) within the inner margin of the red line and hatched in red and is situated in whole or in part in the townland of Newtown (E.D. Thomastown).

The area known as Farranamanagh Lough Special Area of Conservation 002189 is situated in the county of Cork being the land and waters enclosed on the map (contained in Schedule 1) within the inner margin of the red line and hatched in red and is situated in whole or in part in the townlands of Dromnea, Farranamanagh and Kilcrohane.
