These regulations regulat the making of grants, under sections 2 and 3 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962 , by the Minister and by sanitary authorities for the provision and installation in dwelling-houses of private water supplies and sewerage facilities.

S.I. No. 116/1963 – Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962 (Commencement) Order, 1963

The effect of this Order is to bring into operation on 1st July, 1963, sections 2 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962, which provide for the making of grants to persons providing and installing in dwelling-houses private water supplies and private sewerage facilities.

S.I. No. 31/1963 – Fluoridation of Water Supplies (Waterford) Regulations, 1963

These regulations require the Waterford Health Authority to arrange for the fluoridation of the public water supply specified in the First Schedule, which serves Waterford city and part of the surrounding county Waterford area, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 5, 6, 7 and 8. Under Article 4, the Waterford Corporation, acting as agent for the Waterford Health Authority, are required to perform certain acts in relation to the fluoridation of the water supply.

S.I. No. 30/1963 – Fluoridation of Water Supplies (Limerick) Regulations, 1963

These Regulations require the Limerick Health Authority to arrange for the fluoridation of the public water supply specified in the First Schedule, which serves Limerick city and part of the surrounding county Limerick area, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 5, 6, 7 and 8. S.I. No. 8/1963 – Oil Pollution of the Sea (Convention Countries) (Australia and The Netherlands Antilles) Order, 1963

This Order declares that Australia has accepted the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea by Oil, 1954 and that the Convention has been extended to the Netherlands Antilles.
