• 10:15 – 10:45 AM: Break/Transition

• 10:45 AM– 12:45 PM:

1. Main Track (Auditorium): People, Process, and Technology – Presentations by industry experts from the Southeast region.

2. Workshop Track 1: Lean Digital Workshop – Learn how to build efficient digital solutions using Microsoft tools that are already part of your existing MS licenses and infrastructure.

3. Workshop Track 2: Process Mapping Foundations – A hands-on workshop guiding practitioners from Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to detailed Process Mapping, empowering teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• 12:45 – 1:30 PM: Lunch

• 1:30 – 3:30 PM:

1. Main Track (Auditorium): People, Process, and Technology – Additional presentations by Southeast region experts.

2. (Repeat) Workshop Track 1: Lean Digital Workshop – Building efficient digital solutions with Microsoft tools.

3. (Repeat) Workshop Track 2: Process Mapping Foundations – From Value Stream Mapping to Process Mapping for operational efficiency.

The Auditorium will feature different speakers presenting in the morning and afternoon sessions. Since the workshops are repeated, you can attend one workshop in the morning and a different one in the afternoon if you wish.
