At the August webinar event of Dublin Lean Network, Alan Thomas from Adman Steel Sheds discusses how he and his colleagues have implemented Lean principles within their company.
This virtual knowledge-sharing event provided members with a great insight into how Adman Steel Sheds, a Wexford-based family-run company that manufactures an extensive range of steel garden sheds, garages, garden rooms and greenhouses, has successfully implemented Lean principles to improve efficiency and productivity in its workplace since 2020.
Their success has encouraged many other companies who have been given the opportunity to tour their facilities to begin their own Lean journeys as well. Today, as a result of Alan and his team’s tireless efforts, Adman Steel Sheds has optimised its operations, reduced waste, improved product quality, and increased customer satisfaction.
