At the July webinar event of the Dublin Lean Network, Ciarán Heffernan from Tirlán shared some key insights he has gained throughout his career and the holistic approach Tirlán are implementing to manage problems.
Ciarán holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from CIT, obtained in 2011. He has an extensive background in various engineering roles within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, having worked for companies such as Bausch & Lomb, Integer (Lake Region Medical), and Sanofi. In 2018, Ciarán furthered his expertise by completing a Master’s in Operational Excellence at SETU. For the past five years, he has worked predominantly in OpEx roles, with an emphasis on problem-solving execution and training development.
