Effective Meetings

This webinar will have Adam Behan from Marco Beverage Systems, who will be talking about what makes an effective meeting and how they used Lean tools and techniques to get to the root cause of ineffective meetings. He will also offer some practical and easy tips to run effective meetings at any organisation.

Meetings are all too often a hidden source of waste in the workplace.  They often start late, end late and lack an agenda, with meeting notes and action items not distributed to attendees in a timely manner, and are not reviewed before the next meeting.

With these challenges in mind, Marco Beverage Systems decided to use Lean to change the way their meetings were conducted.  This initiative was led by Adam Behan, Marco’s Lean Leader.  This resulted in significant improvements in the effectiveness of all meetings across the business.
