About the Topic

Lean was, for a long time, incorrectly portrayed as the domain of large manufacturing organisations. Dave will dispel this myth and show how Operational Excellence can be achieved in any Micro/Small business using a Lean approach. You will be introduced to the principles of Lean in plain language and shown how you can get started on the path to adopting it in a sustainable way. We will look at how supply chains are being impacted and how Lean will impact as we progress through the 4th Industrial Revolution.

There will also be the opportunity to gain some practical experience through some simple workshop exercises that show the benefits in terms of improving your business.

No prior knowledge is required – just an open mind and a desire to optimise your business.
