Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

This Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt course is recommended for anyone looking for an overview of the concepts, tools and methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma.

It is a very practical course. The concepts of Lean Six Sigma are taught through a hands-on simulation exercise that the students run over the 2 days. As well as being a lot of fun, the exercise is a highly effective teaching tool. You will use the Lean Six Sigma tools, measure the process, make changes and determine how effective your changes have been.

The course is delivered by a seasoned Black Belts. With years of practical industry experience they provoke learning discussions, link the simulation exercise to real case studies and answer any questions students may have.

At the end of the course, students will receive a Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Trigraph.
