About the speaker

Joe is founder and partner at Idea Factory, an innovation consultancy that helps its clients to improve, re-kindle, or kick-start their creative processes with particular focus on idea generation and idea management.

Joe is also the owner of MicroFix, an IT services company. His latest company Niggle.ie launched earlier this year. Joe is a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at WIT; and a regular speaker at WIT Lean Enterprise Excellence Group events.

About the topic – Encouraging Employee Creativity

In this part-theory and part-practical session Joe will talk about a number of ways to increase the number and quality of employee ideas, and propose an easy to implement idea management and implementation system.
